YES! The truck does have frozen boudin available daily, as well as fresh green onion sausage, shrimp sausage, jalapeño & cheese sausage, bacon cheeseburger sausage, seasoned sausage and cajun sausage - in addition to seasoned grillades, ready-to-go, straight on the BBQ pit!
YES! We still make the flavors available on our menu - to order. There is a ten-pound minimum for Rickey to make these flavors, but they are still absolutely available.
